Historical irrigation systems are history
Open space irrigation is complex, with variations of sites, irrigation system performance, water policies, turf quality, training levels and climate. There is no “out of the box” solution to address these range of variables. Attempts to build irrigation systems using fixed design and construct methods has led to many systems performing poorly as they do today.

Typically irrigation systems have been built to a price standard using fixed design and construct methods. The result is ongoing problems for the life of the system because a range of real world factors have not been considered. Also, many systems are a patch work of different bits and pieces created over time. No-one knows exactly where pipes, sprinklers and leaks exist.

Our Waterite® product and services address key irrigation efficiency issues to help you build and revitalise existing irrigations systems that are fit for purpose, with the ability to easily address variables of system quality, climate, quality in soils, vegetation and cultural practices.

Build your irrigation system WATERITE®
creating responsible and sustainable environments

WATERITE products and services are used by cities, schools, golf courses and sporting grounds, that want to lead the way for best practice irrigation, save water and utilise existing resources more effectively. Currently a typical WATERITE site saves 32% of water when compared to prior system performance. But you can also tailor your system to perform based on water allocations, performance objectives and budgets.

You can achieve this impressive performance by:

Measure:We evaluate and performance test the existing system, listing current irrigation assets with state-of-the-art DGPS technology. This allows you to know exactly what your system is, how it is laid out and how it is performing. We recommend with confidence the required action plan to create a responsible and sustainable irrigation system. See example here

Monitor:The world’s most advanced flow monitoring device engineered for outdoor underground environments, Cello, is attached to your water meter, to provide real-time data about the usage and performance of the system. If any damage or an abnormal use of water occurs, you will know immediately about the problem, how it is affecting the system and where to fix it. More information here

Management:Water management performance is contantly monitored. System performance is emailed on a monthly basis in an easy to understand report. Users can also login through the internet at any time to review their site water flows and consumption. We provide control automation solutions for remote monitoring of single sites through to city wide management. These are tailored and engineered to the highest standards with proven brands and quality components. The control system/s can either be self managed by the user and/or totally managed by our irrigation professionals. We provide alerts and recommendations when required, and also to help you work within your water budget or allocation.

Irrigation Management Planning (IMP)
The complexities around policymaking, legislation and governance for water management and capital works are becoming greater. We provide strategy planning and documentation forsubmission to gain approval, which works with up-to-date legal and policy requirements.
